We aim to provide an excellent service for all of our customers. However in the event that you are dissatisfied with our service please call the Helpline on 0300 456 3565 or via email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
All concerns will be dealt with promptly by our Growth Hub Manager.
You will receive an acknowledgement within 2 working days and either an update on progress, or ideally a resolution within 5 working days.
